I can relate! I used to suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacks but I did finally find a way to defeat them. I used visualization and positive affirmations and that really worked for me!

Thanks for this great article; it is so important for parents to be involved with the recovery process if it is indeed an anxiety disorder which the teen is struggling with, and we appreciate the emphasis on ‘get help immediately’ because it is debilitating.
